If you can breathe, you can practice yoga! You don’t need any prior experience or other pre-requisites to get started. I’m here to help you confidently explore yoga and support your personal healing journey.
Breathing is integral to every yoga style that I teach. Moving with the breath in an intentional way is traditionally called “Vinyasa Yoga.” Think of it as a relaxed approach to core strength, and maximizing your range of motion while expanding your body awareness through the Breath.
Vinyasa Yoga is mindfulness in movement, and the perfect complement to a meditation practice. You can learn with me through workshops, private classes, and my online video website which teaches alignment and technique in depth.
