Flowing breath — mindful presence

Hey, I'm Mike!

...a long-time dedicated Yoga teacher in the Ottawa and Gatineau regions of Canada.

If you can breathe, you can practice yoga! You don’t need any prior experience or other pre-requisites to get started.

Breath control is integral to every yoga style that I teach. It’s the tool of relaxation, of greater strength and awareness. This easily becomes a gateway to mindfulness and meditation.

Personalized sessions can help you advance your practice, confidently explore the mysteries of the body and support your personal healing journey.
