About Michael Dynie
Mike began writing his own Yoga bios 17 years ago, leaving a career in Health Communications to nurture a lifelong passion for Eastern philosophy and physical well-being.
Motivation precedes action. Actions are what create healthy new habits. A regular practice is the only thing necessary to create momentum towards our goals.
I teach yoga as a practical and empowering tool — one that helps people of all ages and experience levels move better, breathe deeper, and feel more at home in their bodies.
My approach is breath-centered, functional, and personalized. Whether you’re recovering from injury, exploring movement for the first time, or deepening an existing practice, I meet you where you are.
Through one-on-one sessions, group classes, and online offerings, I guide students in building a self-led practice rooted in intuition, not just instruction.
Yoga is both an art and a science — and the benefits go far beyond flexibility. A deeper connection between breath, mind and body is only the beginning!
