It’s said that regular practice exposes our blind spots, but sometimes we need an outsider’s perspective. This experiential workshop addresses all of the most common obstacles among lovers of power vinyasa yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.

You’ll learn approaches to develop upper body strength asanas like forearm-stand, crow pose, float back into sitting, piking into headstand and handstand. Caught in a bind? We’ll also look at how a loaded squat can unlock everything from twists to intermediate backbends.
