Immerse yourself in the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice during this three-day retreat designed to honour light, balance, and renewal. Set amidst the tranquil beauty of Centre de Vie in Ripon, this retreat is a chance to reconnect with yourself, nature, and the essence of summer.

  • Celebration & Connection: Join in a heartfelt solstice celebration, honouring the turning of the season with mindfulness and community. We may be doing some singing by the fire & dancing in the studio

We’ll meet for our opening practice Yoga at 4 pm on Friday afternoon once you settle in. Check in is 2:30 p.m . Then we’ll gather for an incredible farm-to-table vegetarian meal, followed by a relaxing evening (optional sauna and sitting by the outdoor bonfire).

Saturday morning will start with an early morning 1 hour session, followed by breakfast, a nature walk, more Yoga followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you can enjoy more forest time, the sauna will be on and small clay lake to dip into, or perhaps you’d rather get a massage, or cozy up with a book by the outdoor fire. The early evening Yoga will be 4:30 p.m  We will enjoy another delicious meal before a laid back night by the bonfire, sauna sessions and good conversations.

Sunday will start with breakfast followed by nature walk and Yoga,  lunch then check out by 2:30 p.m.
