A breath-centred, (potentially therapeutic) approach to developing stability within full range of motion and relearning the fundamentals of yoga and healthy movement. Ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed movement practice. Meditative for the experienced yogi, and totally accessible to the complete beginner.
