Groundwork & Floating

Sat Mar 9 –  When transitioning into chaturanga (low plank), we have so many movement choices, literally at our fingertips. Floating is bearing weight on the hands and lifting into lolasana (crow pose variations), as a transition between poses. This is an essential part of Vinyasa Yoga, and every practice offers the opportunity to develop the necessary upper-body strength.

Join Michael for this workshop that’s all about making your practice work for you, experimenting with new techniques in simple and more complex poses, and using your breath to tap into core strength.
