Hatha Yoga Flow, All-Levels

Hatha Yoga is the root of all styles taught today, and explores breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation (savasana) to cultivate concentration, relaxation and a deep appreciation for life.

The main source text of these practices is the Hatha Pradipika, a 14th century text, a compilation of teachings passed down through generations of yoga practitioners that describes breathing exercises and physical yoga techniques — a guidebook to a direct experience of yoga.
