Morning Flow (all-levels)

By this point in the week, if you’ve been taking my other classes we are seriously due for a mellow, stretchy flow. This short and sweet class is about opening up and releasing tensions — after all, it’s almost Friday . Gently strengthen key connections and open the most common blocks. You'll need two blocks + a strap (substitute: belt or towel).
