Mindfulness in motion, Hatha Yoga is the ancient root of all styles taught today. This class explores breathing (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation meditation (savasana). These practices can be traced to an old 14th century Indian text called, “the Hatha Pradipika,” which means, “Illumination of Sun and Moon Yoga.” All I can say is that those old yogis were sure onto something!
