Pranayama means "controlling and liberating the internal energy" through seated breathing exercises, traditionally used to prepare the mind-body for meditation. These pranayama sessions will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and more connected to the nature of the mind as bliss. You can sit on a chair, a cushion or the floor — the main thing is to have comfortable upright posture. No prior experience necessary.
