Smooth breathing blended with fluid movement (spinal segmentation) - getting a little movement at every joint, rather than too much in naturally vulnerable areas. This approach to movement protects the hip joints and lower back, relieves strain in the hip flexors, and gradually frees up neck tension as we prioritize moving from the core and strengthening the upper back.
