A rhythmic, breath-focused Sun Salutation-based vinyasa practice to revitalize, strengthen and open the whole body. Progressive safe buildups towards inversions (headstand, shoulderstand) and backbends, and some hand-balances, cultivating a meditative state for easy(er) meditation.
