An ever-evolving, really great morning practice for awakening the mind and body.

Blend of dynamic active movements for stability, and more passive movements for refined alignment. Lots of seated postures and binds, with arm balances sprinkled in between, borrowing elements of the Ashtanga Primary series.

*This will be a stronger class than previously taught, and increasingly similar to Ashtanga Primary Series.
