Practice all the building blocks of arm balances in an accessible way, the essentials and more in this rhythmic, breath-focused vinyasa practice.

Find a slippery practice space (wood floors work well) and pack your favourite pair of holiday socks. We will warmup barefoot, then explore some challenging gliding movements to train hand balances, floating into sitting from downdog / jumping back, and more.
