Foundations with a Flow. Blend of accessible strength building postures, and some gentler movements to open the body. Intermediate options (crow, headstand, etc) will be offered after awakening the related muscular patterns and breathing techniques, through simpler, accessible progressions - traditional referred to as maha mudra (great seal) You’ll leave class feeling invigorated, clear, more relaxed and aligned for whatever the day has in store.
