Discuss your goals, interests, injury history and challenges. In a private class, you get my full attention. After three classes together, I can create a yoga practice that is customized for you.

 

Breathwork, Meditation and Relaxation

Yoga is so much more than the poses. Upon request, I can provide training in the following topics:

  • Intro to Yoga Philosophy

  • Breathing Exercises for Meditation or Relaxation (Pranayanama)

  • Breath training for strength (bandha and kriya)

  • Yoga techniques to calm the mind

In Mysore, your practice can vary between 30 to 90 minutes.
It depends on experience level and how much time you have!
