Looking for a welcoming, accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga? Foundations of Vinyasa Yoga is a beginner-friendly, step-by-step series designed to help you build confidence in your practice — no experience required.

Each class builds on the last, offering clear, progressive instruction in the foundations of Vinyasa yoga. You’ll develop skills in breath-centered movement, posture, and body awareness at a comfortable, sustainable pace.

Overview

Over eight weeks, you’ll build a strong and supportive foundation while exploring practical themes such as:

– Core strength and postural integrity
– Improved balance and mobility in the hips and ankles
– Safe upper-body weight-bearing for strength
– Opening and energizing the body
– Breathing techniques for mindfulness and deep relaxation

Whether you’re young or old, flexible or not, this program meets you where you are. The focus is experiential and supportive — helping you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to your body.

Each participant also receives a digital guidebook created by Mike to support your learning and extend the benefits beyond the mat.
